After finding out that my furnace was too old to find cost efficient parts for, Travis helped me find not only a new furnace, but also a new central air unit for a great price. Travis and his crew installed our new home duct work, furnace, a/c, gas appliances, and water heater that is also hooked up to our outdoor wood burner. Wood heats the water and a 2600 sq. ft. house no problem…awesome and warm! It runs great and very efficent. The work has been complemented by other contractors through out our building process. All American installed a new furnace and an EcoBee smart thermostat for us on May 5. Everything is working perfectly. After dealing with two very poor HVAC technicians and a hack job install by a company that is no longer in business our AC unit is now running better than it ever has! Travis showed up at around 1pm and had the problem figured out in under an hour but could not find the part needed to fix it around town. He showed up after dinner at 5:30pm, parts in hand, to make sure the job was finished before the day was out. That type of service is few and far between these days and you have earned a customer for life from me and my family. A huge thank you goes out to Travis. If you are having HVAC issues this is the man to call. Very knowledgeable, fair price, and customer service was impeccable.

We have a hot water boiler. After being told many times that central air was impossible with the system that we have, I was ready to give up. While walking around at the Sheboygan county fair, I saw All American on display and saw they were right up the road from my house. I figured I would ask, expecting a negative response. Travis told me that I could get a ductless system like the one he had on display, plus I could use it for heat in the winter. First thought in my head was SCAM!!! No way can one unit heat and cool. In the middle of winter, the boiler went out, and I called Travis for help to get it started. He talked me through bleeding the lines over the phone. Yeah, Heat. After another summer of lugging the window units in and out, and having bugs sneak in from the window gaps, I decided to give him a call. He told me I could heat and cool my whole house with these units for much less cost that firing up the boiler. Mid October the units were installed and in prime heating season, I was spending less than $20 a month to keep my house comfortable. I used less than half of the heating oil than in past winters. Now summer came, and I do not have the heavy window units to lug in and out of the windows and with the push of a button, there is cool air blowing in the house. Travis and team were very patient to deal with me learning the system and working out the glitches. I recommend them to any one that asks for a furnace guy. As an added bonus, Travis is ex-military so you know he is dependable, hard working, and trustworthy.

Travis came to quote a new central air unit for me. We started talking about the old unit, another guy told me my compressor was frozen and needed replaced. So I went 4 years without air, Travis had it fixed within a hour and gave me a discount on the price too. Words can not describe how grateful I am and how Travis does his business and treats his customers. All American HVAC, LLC is the best heating/cooling company to do business with. Super happy and WARM campers today, thanks to Travis and his team member. Called yesterday morning because our heating system in our shop failed, of course on the coldest day of the year. I was in a panic, as we have $1,000’s of dollars of chemicals that cannot freeze. Travis was there within 45 minutes of our call and had us up and running in less than an hour. Super professional and he even gave us some tips on how to maintain our system to avoid future calls. We will be upgrading our heating system this year through All American HVAC.
