Taylor is the oldest son of Travis the owner.  Taylor enjoys all active outdoor sports including camping, fishing, boating, etc.  Taylor enjoys spending time with family and loves animals especially dogs.

Jacob joined the All American HVAC crew Summer of 2019.  He is a laid back friendly guy that enjoys just relaxing with family, friends, and his girlfriend.  He also enjoys driving to new places to check them out.  While Jacob is newer to the world of HVAC, his care for quality, teamwork, quick learning, and mechanical inclinations make him a wonderful welcome to the team.

Katie has been married to Travis since 2007.  She officially started working full time at All American HVAC in 2015.  Katie acts in many roles as part of the office team wearing many hats, as small businesses often do.  She is the other voice you typically hear when calling after normal business hours.  Customer service and treating people like family is her motto.  Spending time with family and friends, camping, vacationing, and being around dogs and good food are all her favorites when not working.  Being a small family business is a lot of work, but well worth it when you can help others in your community!

Nash has been with All American HVAC since he was 3 months old.  He is a rescue dog originally brought to WI from TN. He is a mix of Black Lab, Great Dane and Shar Pei and has the best attitude and personality you could ever be lucky enough to witness.  He is our official greeter at the office and loves making new friends.  He enjoys walks and looking over blueprints to ensure his humans did them correctly.

Conor joined All American HVAC in January of 2022. Conor is very close with his family and enjoys acting as crew chief for his twin brother Rory (who also works at All American HVAC) with his dirt track racing team.  He also enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting, or snowmobiling the trails.

Ethan joined the All American HVAC team in the Summer of 2020.  Ethan grew up, still lives on his family farm, and isn’t afraid of hard work.  Ethan enjoys his time off with family and friends, and loves sports, especially basketball and football.  Go Packers!

Michelle joined All American HVAC in February of 2020 as an integral part of the office team.  She takes all phone calls on regular business days and is the voice you probably hear when you call.  Michelle has 3 kids. Her husband and extended family all work hard to maintain their hobby farm filled with horses, mini ponies, goats, chickens, ducks, bunnies, cats, dogs, and even a donkey, lovingly named Donkey.

Josh started with All American HVAC in 2016, left for about one year, and decided All American HVAC is the best place to be and rejoined our team in the Summer of 2019.  We are so happy to have him with his knowledge, skills and team attitude back with us.  When he is not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and two kids.  They like to hunt, fish, and ride ATVs and snowmobiles.

Rory is a graduate of the Moraine Park Technical College HVAC program and joined our team in Fall 2019.  He enjoys time off with family and friends, and he especially likes to go to the races, use his ATV, and be outdoors.

Chuck has been in the trade since 2010. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. He is an army veteran and was a combat engineer in the Wisconsin National Guard. When not spending time with family and friends he enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping.

Happily married to his beautiful wife since 2007 and the proud father of two great boys, Travis has been in the HVAC business since 2006.  When not working, he enjoys anything outdoors. Travis really enjoys camping and fishing. Travis is a Marine Corps Veteran. He prides himself in helping his customers and providing them with the best customer service around.
